<image:title>Our Team - Yohanna Doronila Pepa</image:title>
<image:caption>Yohanna is a Co-Founder of Common Thread Lab. From working in social impact partnerships and investing, she is experienced in research, analysis, multi-stakeholder engagement, brand strategy, project management, and storytelling. Previously, Yohanna was the Senior Advisor for Private Sector Partnerships at the Tent Partnership for Refugees, the foundation of Chobani's Founder and CEO that helps companies sustainably support refugees. At Tent, she built partnerships with consumer and financial services companies, mobilizing multinational companies to publicly commit to support over 1,000 refugees through employment, training, education, and access to services and investment firms to launch refugee-focused impact investments totaling $37 million. Yohanna also built a new social impact brand partnership business model from the ground up for Tent’s Founder, for which she conducted a landscape analysis of 200 prospective brand partners, crafted the brand narrative, developed the budget and operational roadmap, built the funding model, created brand-specific pitch decks, and collaborated with nonprofits to ensure ethical factory conditions. While at Tent, Yohanna was also a founding member of sister company Chobani’s Inclusion & Diversity Council. Prior to Tent, Yohanna worked as an Investment Analyst at ArrowMark Partners, an asset manager, where she covered the consumer/retail, packaging, and building products for the firm’s $3 billion corporate loan portfolio, overseeing over 70 portfolio companies and authoring and pitching investment ideas to the investment committee biweekly. Before ArrowMark, Yohanna taught as an Instructor for Yale’s Young Global Scholars Program, an intensive leadership development program for high school students. Yohanna has a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University in Ethics, Politics, and Economics. In addition to being passionate about transforming business for good, upholding human rights, and making supply chains ethical, Yohanna enjoys curating music, cooking and eating diverse cuisines, dancing ballet, traveling to new places, and bringing people together.</image:caption>
